Carters Prestige completed a reflooring of our kitchen and we are very pleased with the result. Dom and the team are very knowledgeable and were extremely professional from initial survey through to finishing the work. When an unexpected issue arose with our older house they were brilliant and resolved it quickly. In short they went the extra mile to ensure we, and they, were happy with the quality of the finished job. These guys were outstanding. What started as a 2 day job turned into a 4 day one because we had a major problem with our sub floor. They were so helpful, willing to sort it and nothing was too much trouble. They worked until late into the evening just to finish a task. Dom and Kyle did a great job, laid 2 coats of screed and a DPM layer in between to a hall kitchen and storeroom area, then fitted lvt over the top, we are very pleased with the result. Excellent communication at all times and very reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service, really nice fitters that come out laid underlay on my carpet so when they didn’t transfer anything from their shoes whilst fitting, hugely impressed after being let down by another company. Vacuumed up after themselves will be using again and have already told family about them
I was given Doms phone number from a family member who highly recommended him and his business. Dom and his colleague visited me to provide me with a quote for quickstep flooring throughout my kitchen. Dom was very knowledgeable about the products which helped me to decide which type and colour flooring would be best suit my needs. The work was booked in and carried out to a very high standard without any interruptions to my family. When finished, everywhere was left clean and tidy. Knowledgeable, Thorough and friendly people that did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again !

Really happy with the job Carters Prestige did! They fitted our carpet perfectly and were super efficient from start to finish. As always you never know what a Contractor is like until they’ve turned up and started work. Dom and his team from Carters Prestige Flooring have been top notch from start to finish. Domenic and his team laid a new kitchen floor for us and although there were many issues with the state of the existing floor these were dealt with efficiently and without any fuss. All the work was completed to a high standard and everything explained throughout the process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Dom and Kai have just finished fitting 50m2 of herringbone LVT for us and we’re delighted with the result. I can’t praise Dom and Kai enough. Extremely professional and friendly and have made an excellent job of our laminate flooring. Prior to our fitting Dom answered all of my queries every time I had a random question and kept us fully informed on timescales etc. During the fitting Dom and Kai were very polite and friendly, it was a really nice experience. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the work! I needed the floor in my bungalow levelled in preparation for the installation of underfloor heating, and Dom and his team delivered a beautifully smooth and level floor with very minimal height build up. They also repaired some parts of the floor which were broken, filling in cracks with concrete and mortar where necessary. They carried out the work very quickly, and communication was excellent throughout.
I was looking for a carpet fitter near me and upon speaking to Dom Carter Flooring I learned he is a master fitter and expert in his field. He went the extra mile to consult on how best to fit woven carpet as well as recommended best underlay fitting.
