I love my bathroom floorsVery professional company, I’m definitely having them back to do my other flooring

Excellent Service from start to finish. Arranged to have my downstairs refitted with LVT whilst on holiday. Was lovely to come home to a lovely new floor throughout. Dom and his team were excellent no pressure selling and very helpful.

Yet another well deserved 5 star review for Dom and the Team at Carter's Prestige! We needed a new stair carpet, and wanted the bull nose step to be carpeted in a particular way.We therefore began our own research on the hunt for a recognised "Master Fitter." This led us to Dom. Having read his existing outstanding reviews, we knew we had found the right person for the job. From the start we were expertly guided by Dom through what could have been an overwhelming choosing process.Throughout, we certainly benefited from his extensive knowledge and expertise - especially with the bull nose step. Dom actually handstitched the curve to achieve the desired result!Dom and his Team were reliable, respectful, and conscientious throughout. We are therefore very happy customers and have already discussed a second project! We would obviously not hesitate in recommending Carter's Prestige.Thank you to Dom and the Team!

This was an excellent service from start to finish. Started with Hannah in the shop giving us lots of advice and ideas. Dominic came with samples and went through what needed doing. Then Dominic, Kai and George came and prepared the floors and fitted the tiles. It was done with very little mess or disruption. The tiles look amazing.

We’ve just had such an amazing experience with Carters Prestige.Knocking out a wall in our very old house was no small event for us, and after all the other renovations were completed, the floor was the final piece of the puzzle. From the moment we first met Dom and the team in the shop on Bath Street, we knew we were going to be in good hands. They had a fantastic selection of LVT, there was absolutely no pressure from a sales point of view, and we left with a very competitive quote in hand.Fast forward to fitting day — they arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite, friendly and helpful throughout, and left absolutely no mess behind. And to top all of that off, we simply can’t believe how fantastic the floor looks! We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and genuinely couldn’t recommend Carters Prestige highly enough. We have more floors and carpets to arrange in the future, and we certainly won’t be going anywhere else.Well done, Carters — 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We appointed Carters Prestige to supply and fit approx. 40m2 LVT herringbone flooring, inclusive of laying a new floor screed throughout multiple ground floor rooms. From initial contact, right through to completion Domenic and the team were fantastic. The communication, technical knowledge and overall finish was brilliant. We would never go anywhere else again.

So happy with our flooring. Wasn't an easy job, our floor was originally cracked and not level. SO happy with the end result. *PERFECTIONIST*
